Remedies is very pleased to appoint Nicole Rudzinski as QA Manager. Nicole has a strong systems background and has completed courses in Internal Auditing and applying AS/NZS 9002:1994 and AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000

Nicole’s vision for Quality and Remedies Group is to “have our Quality Management System fully implemented and compliant to AS/NZS 9001:2008 by June 2010”.

She added, “Our accreditation and the concept of Quality will continue to be an integrated part of the culture of Remedies. Through practical application we will see that the QMS is not an abstract idea or just a piece of paper that you put on the wall, but a better, more efficient and in the long run more cost effective way to operate.”

“For customers our Quality Management System will provide them with the added security of knowing that everyone within the company is working towards ensuring the consistent quality of the product we produce and the service we provide”.
